1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹[1499].

  • For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee of ₹[99] will be charged at checkout.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may carry an additional handling fee.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available on selected pin codes within India.

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and address for COD orders.

  • Refusal to accept COD parcels may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.


5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced in the future.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support for assistance.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with landmarks and a valid phone number.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address may incur re-shipping charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel.

  • Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
