Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before dispatch by contacting our support team through email, WhatsApp, or website support, mentioning the order number.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

  • 1ved.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, customers will receive a full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if applicable).

  • If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos and order details).

  • Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return/refund due to safety and hygiene reasons.


3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once the refund is approved, it will be Credited within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or any other mutually agreed method.


4. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In such cases, customers may choose between a replacement or a refund.


5. Charges & Deductions

  • If an order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch but packaging/shipping arrangements are already made, minimal deductions (such as packaging/shipping charges) may apply.

  • Return shipping charges for damaged/incorrect items will be borne by 1ved.com. In other cases, the customer will need to cover return shipping costs.


6. Communication & Support

  • All cancellation, return, or refund requests must be sent via email/WhatsApp/website support with the order number and supporting proof (in case of damage/defect).

  • Our customer service team will review the request and update you on the next steps.


7. Policy Updates

  • 1ved.com reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
