At 1Ved, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms below.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any).
• Proof of purchase/order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of usage.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by 1Ved.
• For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will be covered under the 7-day return policy.
